Easier said than done?

When trying to connect with the body the ability to relax can often be the greatest obstacle. The brain might delight in providing a running commentary that may be interesting or distracting but it is seldom helpful in actually allowing the body to relax. Even if we do finally feel relaxed we may be unsure on how to understand the information our body is giving us. Body sensations are not always easy to interpret. How do we let sensation guide a conversation? Interpreting sensation is a process that requires experience and practice.

Embodied Inquiry sessions encourage individuals to explore their sense of well being from a fresh perspective. Each session is a unique experience shaped by curiosity and inquiry. You are invited to gently focus on your bodies sensory information and be receptive to any insights being offered. Learning how to relax is the first step to creating a more integrated
relationship with your body and a deeper sense of well-being.

Just relax.
